    Anaïs

The conductor of the shop. She knows every sausage by its name and taste 😜. If the shop runs like clockwork, she's the one behind it. Her favorite sausage: the large IGP Ardèche bridé sausage!

  • Pascale

The face of the shop. She welcomes you, offers you tastings, and always has just the right slice at the right moment. Wise advice, local chat, and guaranteed generosity — leaving empty-handed is quite a feat. Her favorite sausage: the Ardèche IGP curved sausage!

  • Florence

The sausage diplomat. Grocery stores, works councils, associations, schools: she delights everyone without ever losing focus. Always the right plan for a group order, and a sense of calculation that would make a charcuterie scale blush. Her favorite sausage: the Aveyron perch sausage!

  • Nathalie

The guardian of smiles, before AND after your purchase. In-store, she'll offer you samples and advice; by email, she handles issues when a package goes astray or an order needs a small adjustment. Have a problem? She'll fix it in a flash, always with a smile.
Her favorite sausage: the small Bridé with Saint-Joseph!

  • Beatrice

The Swiss Army knife of the house.
Reception, order preparation and direct replenishment from the drying room, she is everywhere and can spot a natural flower from ten meters away. Her favorite sausage : the small "bridé" with Saint-Joseph IGP Ardèche !

Our Story

70 years of dry sausage

What was originally a local affair has become a company that delights far beyond Ardèche, without ever denying what made its reputation: coarse grinding, tying with linen string, slow drying, and that famous natural bloom that is allowed to develop slowly.

There was one last step to take: sharing this expertise directly, without intermediaries. This is how La Boutique des Saucissons — the factory store of Salaisons Debroas — was born. A way to open the doors of the drying room to you and let you taste, at home as in Joyeuse, the true taste of good sausage. From our hands to your platter, simply.

Artisanal manufacturing
  • Qualified in their profession, our Artisan Charcutiers are the repositories of numerous know-how. Recognized as such, they have either a diploma or an approved title in the profession practiced, or registration in the Trades Directory for at least six years.
  • Being an Artisan is, for us, both a recognition but also a duty, that of preserving and passing on the know-how of our terroirs.

Advice from the craftsman

How to store our sausages?

This is the factory outlet of Salaisons Debroas, a family business established in Southern Ardèche since 1952. We make and sell our sausages directly, without intermediaries.

How to store our sausages?

In Joyeuse or Largentière, in southern Ardèche. Our artisan charcutiers make them on site, using traditional recipes.

Do you manufacture ALL the products you sell?

No, and we own it! Our sausages, for their part, do come from our workshops. But alongside them, we've chosen to highlight Ardèche products that showcase our region, as well as some exceptional charcuterie gems that we can't make ourselves—like Corsican or game charcuterie—but that certainly deserve a spot on your board. We prefer to offer you the best, whether it comes from our hands or those of other enthusiasts.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Find us at 1C chemin des Beaumes in Joyeuse (07260), right next to the Salaisons DEBROAS drying sheds.
