Artisanal manufacturing

Qualified in their profession, our Artisan Charcutiers are the custodians of many skills. Recognized as such, they have either a diploma or a title approved in the profession practiced, or registration in the Trades Directory for at least six years.

For us, being an Artisan is both a recognition and a duty, that of preserving and transmitting the know-how of our regions .

The care taken with your order

As soon as your order is registered, our preparer will directly pick your sausages from our dryers.

From our dryers directly to your cutting board:

- you are assured of an individual selection, perfectly suited to the drying time you have chosen; our best dry or soft sausages.

- you therefore benefit from a maximum DLUO on your products (optimal use-by date of 60 days)!

The guarantee of suitable delivery

Each sausage is packed with ecological and recycled packing fiber in order to protect its natural flower and preserve its aroma until it is tasted.

Everything is carefully placed in a recyclable cardboard box adapted to guarantee their preservation during the short journey (24h to 48h). They will be sent to you via Chronopost Food , a specialist in food products.
