    Orders placed before 12 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day. For those after 12 p.m., they are prepared the next day. Orders validated on Friday are shipped the following Monday unless exceptionally open on Saturday. Orders validated on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
  2. Your products are selected and placed in recyclable boxes to guarantee their preservation before shipping
  3. The packages are sent by Chronopost Food: Thanks to its specific process, you are guaranteed to receive a delivery that meets conservation and health standards, or , depending on your choice, by Colissimo or by carrier .
