1. Your order has been placed
Orders placed before 9am are processed and dispatched on the same day (excluding orders placed on Monday morning). We prioritise orders placed over the weekend.
For those placed after 9am, they are prepared if we have time, otherwise the next day.
Orders confirmed on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
Orders confirmed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Tuesday.
2. Processing your order
Your products are selected and placed in recyclable cardboard boxes to ensure their preservation before shipping. They are sent unpackaged in the box, with the natural bloom of our sausages protecting them.
3. Shipping your order
- Parcels are sent by Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relais for individuals, by UPS for resellers, or by TFE truck for orders over €400.
- You are delivered directly to your home or to a relay point.
