1. Your order is placed
Orders placed before 9 a.m. are processed and dispatched the same day (except orders placed on Monday morning). We give priority to orders placed over the weekend.
Orders placed after 9 a.m. are prepared the same day if we have time, otherwise the next day.
Orders confirmed on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
Orders confirmed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
2. Processing your order
Your products are selected and packed in recyclable cardboard boxes to keep them in perfect condition until dispatch. They travel unwrapped in the box, protected by the natural bloom of our saucissons.
3. Shipping your order
- Parcels are sent by Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay for private customers, by UPS for resellers, or by TFE lorry for orders over €400.
- You are delivered directly to your home or to a pick-up point.
