1. General
These general terms and conditions of sale are issued by La Boutique des Saucissons:

They apply to all orders placed on the e-commerce website laboutiquedessaucissons.fr. La Boutique des Saucissons reserves the right to update these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of any change, each order will be governed by the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day the order is placed.
2. Product characteristics and prices
2.1 Product availability
Our product offers and prices on laboutiquedessaucissons.fr are valid for as long as they are visible and available on the website, while stocks last. The availability of each product is checked each time an order is received. An unavailable product is shown as such on the website. Please note that adding a product to the basket does not confirm an order. In other words, a product may become unavailable between the moment it is added to the basket and the moment the customer confirms the order.
Should a product become unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email or telephone. You will be offered two options:
• a refund of the missing product(s) to your bank card
• replacement of the missing product(s) with another product of your choice of equivalent value
Your order will then be put on hold until we receive your reply.
Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable, including in the event of loss, theft or non-use during their period of validity.
2.2 Prices
The prices of our products shown on the website are in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges, with the exception of the prices displayed for trade customers, which are in euros exclusive of VAT.
La Boutique des Saucissons reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, we undertake to invoice products at the price applicable when the order is confirmed.
2.3 Discounts
Private customers
A 20% discount on the total basket is offered for purchases of €80 or more including VAT.

Trade customers
La Boutique des Saucissons offers trade customers a discount on a restricted list of products, applied directly once they have registered or logged in. Once you are logged in to your trade account, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
3. Orders
Orders are placed on the laboutiquedessaucissons.fr website.
Trade customers must reach a minimum basket of €100 excluding VAT to confirm an order. Delivery is free for them on purchases of €150 or more excluding VAT.
There is no minimum basket for private customers.
Before placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Confirming your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by La Boutique des Saucissons in connection with an order for one or more products or a box subscription constitute proof of all transactions between La Boutique des Saucissons and its customers.
As soon as the order is confirmed, the Customer receives a confirmation email.

4. Payment
The Customer pays for their order by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Bancontact or PayPal, the latter sometimes being offered for countries outside France. Bank card transactions and Bancontact purchases are processed by our partner Payplug. Payments by Apple Pay and PayPal are collected by Shopify Payments. Bank transfers are collected by Bridge. All our payment service providers operate strict security systems.
The website www.laboutiquedessaucissons.fr is protected by a security system designed to protect, as effectively as possible, all sensitive data relating to the means of payment used on the website.
In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, a commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable.
By placing an order on the website, the Customer warrants that they hold all the authorisations required to use the means of payment made available on the website.
La Boutique des Saucissons reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if it encounters difficulties in collecting payment.
The Customer may choose to save their payment details to make future purchases easier. This information will be stored securely by La Boutique des Saucissons and will under no circumstances be disclosed.
Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable, including in the event of loss, theft or non-use during their period of validity.
5. Delivery
Three delivery methods are offered on the website: home delivery and delivery to a pick-up point. The “home delivery” option is only available for purchases of €20 or more including VAT. For purchases above €400, delivery is made by freight carrier.
Products are shipped by Chronopost within mainland France and continental Europe, by Colissimo for home deliveries, and by UPS or TFE for resellers.
Products are delivered to the delivery address given by the Customer when confirming the order.
Orders placed before 9 a.m. are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 a.m. are processed the following day. Orders confirmed on a Friday are shipped the following Monday, unless we exceptionally open on the Saturday. Orders confirmed on a Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the Monday.
Home delivery takes between 48 and 72 working hours. Delivery to a pick-up point is estimated at 72 working hours. The list of pick-up points available for La Boutique des Saucissons is displayed when the order is confirmed.
The delivery times given here apply under normal service conditions. Should the processing of an order require additional delivery time (in particular because of the weight of the parcel or product availability), you will be informed of this when placing your order.
Claims:
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of the parcel by the recipient, or missing information making it impossible to deliver the product to the recipient on time, La Boutique des Saucissons cannot be held liable for failure to meet the contractual delivery date. The same applies if the chosen pick-up point has closed (in that case, the carrier will notify you of a new pick-up point by email and/or at the telephone number provided).
If the recipient is absent, La Boutique des Saucissons cannot be held liable for the final quality of the delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
For the online sale of saucissons, Article L. 221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code provides that there is no right of withdrawal (the 14-day period does not apply) for “the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly”. Our own commercial returns policy nevertheless offers a period of 7 days in which you may return any item that does not suit you and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for transport costs. The product must be returned to us in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened. Otherwise, you will lose any right of withdrawal and the product will be sent back to you at your expense. In the event of withdrawal, return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds: once our team has received and accepted the return, we will refund you using the payment method chosen when the order was placed. To help us process your request, please remind us of your full contact details. Returns made after the applicable return period will be refused. If the return is not tracked, we accept no liability should the parcel fail to reach us, as no investigation can then be carried out.
7. Non-conformity of the goods delivered, missing items
If the goods delivered do not match your order or a product is missing, we undertake to put this right. Please notify us by email (contact@laboutiquedessaucissons.fr) no later than 48 hours after receiving your parcel, stating your name, order number and details of the problem. Send an email with photos and a description of the problem to contact@laboutiquedessaucissons.fr. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please make sure you state your surname, first name and order number (e.g. CDC-LBDS23559).
We do not accept claims via voicemail, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Google My Business, etc.
Only claims made by email will be handled.

8. Applicable law
This contract and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale governing it are subject to French law.
9. Competent court
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and performance of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Caluire et Cuire.
