100% French meat and local ingredients
Our sausages are made using meat from pigs born, raised and processed in France. Our charcuterie is also labeled "French Pork" . Coming from the Rhône-Alpes and Brittany regions, this meat comes from responsible farms where the animals grow up outdoors. Thanks to this breeding method, the pigs provide tasty meat with a finely marbled flavor.
In the aperitif box for 2, you have sausages, but also country pâté and beer. Made using local ingredients , these products fully express all the authenticity of the Ardèche region, with the taste of local cheese, vegetables and mushrooms.

After a rigorous selection of the finest cuts, our master butchers proceed to manufacture exceptional sausages . Coarsely ground with a perfect balance between lean and fat , the meat is then seasoned and stuffed into natural casings. The attachment with linen thread attests to their artisanal manufacture .
The sausages are then left to steam, then slowly dry in our ambient air dryers. They slowly develop their flavor over the days. Finally, a delicate gray-green flower appears that covers the surface of each sausage: it attests to the maturation of the product and promises a taste that lives up to your expectations .
The country pâté and the beer also come from artisanal producers. With know-how inherited from their predecessors and enhanced by rigorous training of artisans, they offer in this box an exceptional palette of Ardèche flavors.

¨Get ready to live an authentic taste experience! Inside our box is hidden:
- 1 goat cheese sausage and 1 hazelnut sausage
- 1 bag of vine shoots to peck at
- 1 Ardèche country terrine
- 1 knife to slice our sausages
The aperitif would not be complete without two good craft beers (blonde and IPA) accompanied by their bottle opener and their eco-responsible glasses.

How to enjoy the products in the aperitif box for 2?
For the sausages, take a sharp knife. On a wooden board, make thin slices and enjoy as is. This is the best way to savor all the delicacy of a real sausage: you will feel the authentic taste of the meat and the explosion of aromas in each bite.
The pâté, for its part, will be perfect with a fresh baguette. Cut the bread into slices and garnish with pâté to make delicious toasts.
