Our sausages are made using pork born, raised, and processed in France. Our cured meats are also labeled "Porc Français" (French Pork). Coming from the Rhône-Alpes and Brittany regions, this meat comes from responsible farms where the animals grow outdoors. Thanks to this farming method, the pigs provide flavorful meat, with a finely marbled taste.

After a rigorous selection of the noblest cuts, our master charcutiers proceed to make exceptional sausages. Coarsely chopped with a perfect balance between lean and fat, the meat is then seasoned and stuffed into natural casings. The attachment with linen thread attests to their artisanal production.
The sausages are then matured, then slowly dried in our ambient air dryers. They slowly develop their flavor over the days. Finally, a delicate gray-green bloom appears covering the surface of each sausage: it attests to the product's maturation and promises a taste that lives up to your expectations.
The country pâté and beer also come from artisanal producers. With expertise inherited from their predecessors and enhanced by rigorous artisan training, they offer an exceptional range of Ardèche flavors in this box.

What does our incredible Aperitif Box contain?

How to enjoy the products from the aperitif box for 2?
