In the aperitif box for 2, you have sausages, but also country pâté and beer. Made using regional ingredients, these products fully express all the authenticity of the Ardèche territory, with the taste of local cheese, local vegetables and mushrooms.


A box that reflects the know-how of Ardèche artisans:

After a rigorous selection of the finest pieces, our master charcutiers proceed to manufacture exceptional sausages. Chopped coarsely with a perfect balance between lean and fat, the meat is then seasoned and stuffed into natural casings. The linen thread attachment attests to their artisanal manufacturing.

The sausages are then steamed, then dried slowly in our ambient air dryers. They slowly develop their flavor over the days. Finally, a delicate gray-green flower appears which covers the surface of each sausage: it attests to the maturation of the product and promises a taste that meets your expectations.

The country pâté and the beer also come from artisanal producers. With know-how inherited from their predecessors and enhanced by rigorous artisan training, they offer in this box an exceptional palette of Ardèche flavors.

How to taste the products from the aperitif box for 2?

For the sausages, take a sharp knife. On a wooden board, make thin slices and enjoy as is. This is the best way to savor all the delicacy of a real sausage: you will feel the authentic taste of the meat and the explosion of aromas in every bite.
The pâté, for its part, will be perfect with a fresh baguette. Cut the bread into slices and top with pâté to make delicious toast.
