Tasting advice

1. Take the saucisson out at least 15 minutes before tasting it.
2. Our saucissons are dry-cured: they are enjoyed just as they are, with no cooking needed.
3. Cut it into thin slices for an authentic tasting experience.

Ingredients

Blonde Beer:
BARLEY malts, hops, yeast

Mini Cantal saucisson:
Pork (origin France), CANTAL (MILK) 10.3%, salt, LACTOSE (MILK), wine, dextrose, pepper, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate, lactic ferments, natural pork casing, natural bloom. 155 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.

Traditional Soft Nougat:
Glucose syrup, honey, sugar, ALMONDS, PISTACHIOS, EGG whites, natural vanilla flavouring, potato starch, wafer paper, vegetable oil, water. Other tree nuts may be present.

Natural Grignotte:
Antibiotic-free pork (origin France), LACTOSE (MILK), salt, dextrose, pepper, garlic. Preservative: sodium nitrite. Lactic ferments. Edible casing (collagen, glycerine, cellulose, water). 180 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
