5 local dry sausages delivered directly to your home
The Discovery box brings together a selection of 5 carefully divided dry sausages : a pure bridled pork, an IGP Ardèche sausage and three flavored sausages.

Pure pork sausage : it embodies the essence of artisanal charcuterie , with 100% French meat, an old-fashioned recipe and maturing in the Ardèche mountains.

IGP Ardèche sausage : the IGP label guarantees a product resulting from regional know-how , and whose production was carried out on the relevant terroir. This sausage thus expresses the artisanal heritage of the Ardèche master pork butchers.

Beaufort sausage : this iconic cheese from Savoie pairs wonderfully with meat. The flavored sausage offers a perfect balance between the buttery taste and the flavor of pork.

Hazelnut sausage: these dried fruits are among the region’s flagship products, and add a superb crunch to the sausage.

Walnut sausage: these are also fruits from Ardèche, and in addition to their flavor, they provide omega 3 to contribute to the balance of fats in the sausage.
Traditional know-how and premium quality ingredients
All our dry sausages, including the anthology gathered in this Discovery box, are made from meat labeled " French Pork ". It comes from animals born and raised in France, and the manufacturing process is carried out in accordance with traditional recipes. Our master butchers use exclusively the noble cuts , which are coarsely chopped. The mixture contains 80% lean in order to have a perfect balance. It is then flavored with herbs and spices. Our sausages contain no colorings or flavor enhancers .
Each sausage is tied by hand with linen thread, once again attesting to the artisanal process. It is then put to steam, then matures for several weeks in our natural air dryers. This is where the Ardèche climate plays an important role, because it conditions the maturation of the pieces of charcuterie , whether they are thin or thick. The duration of this maturation depends precisely on the size of each sausage. It is also during this phase that the flavored sausages in the Discovery box are imbued with the flavor of cheese, walnuts and hazelnuts.
Discovery box: a delivery with all the trimmings
Once the sausage is ready to be consumed, we pick it to order to compose your package. This includes a cushioning made of ecological fibers that protects the authenticity of the product: Upon delivery, you will appreciate the intact gray-green flower and the delicious scent that fills the entire room.
All you have to do is enjoy each piece as is with a good knife , or serve them as an assortment on a platter of cold meats . This box is also an excellent gift idea for lovers of authentic flavors: shared pleasure is always more intense!
