Apricots full of the southern sun

In France, apricot trees grow mainly in Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur, in Roussillon and the Rhône valley. For this jam, our artisans use fruits from Drôme or Provence . Apricots grow on sunny soils, thus presenting juicy and sweet flesh.

Apricots, associated with holidays and sunny days, are harvested in summer. With our apricot almond jam, you can remember this season all year round. Fruits picked when ripe from carefully selected plants produce a fragrant jam with an exquisite taste.

In addition to being delicious, this apricot and almond combination is nutritionally interesting . The richness of the two fruits makes the jam a good source of zinc, magnesium and vitamin A.

A traditional preparation method

This jam is made very simply in an Ardèche workshop. It is cooked in a copper cauldron with sugar from France and spring water from Ardèche . After a very short transport time in the same region, the apricots are processed in such a way as to preserve their authenticity.

The manufacturing process is done on a human scale, under the direct supervision of experienced master jam makers. No chemical additives are used, no preservatives or colorings or other questionable ingredients. It is a 100% artisanal product , enhanced only with pectin and lemon juice. These natural elements are necessary for the jam to set perfectly and to add acidity.

How to enjoy apricot almond jam?

This jam is a real treat for young and old. Its irresistible aroma directly makes your mouth water. It is therefore quite understandable to eat it directly with a spoon . But it can also be enjoyed in other ways, like all other jams: as a spread, as a garnish for a pancake or a waffle, to fill biscuits ... You can accompany it with a light tea to make fully bring out the flavor of the fruits.
