This fig and walnut jam is made from fruits selected from our regions. The figs come from Ardèche and Provence, giving off a beautiful sunny flavor . In addition to being a delight for the taste buds, the fig is full of health benefits, rich in potassium, iron and B vitamins. A spoonful of this jam, although not covering all your mineral needs, is a real boost for your vitality.
The nuts give the jam a gourmet touch, with a little taste of creamy milk that marries wonderfully with the slightly tangy flavor of the figs. To harmonize everything, our artisans used sugar from France and spring water from the Ardèche mountains . A real local delight in its purest form!
An authentic jam from a traditional recipe
Fig and walnut jam is made in traditional workshops using traditional methods . It is cooked in copper cauldrons and packaged very simply to preserve the true taste of the fruit.
Our artisans use only natural products to fix the texture of the product: fruit pectin as a gelling agent and lemon juice to add a little acidity and better preserve the jam. The box does not contain any coloring or chemical preservatives .
Our fig and walnut jam stands out for its authenticity , far from industrial products where the true flavor of the fruit is often lost. Thanks to the exceptional quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of manufacturing, it offers a truly memorable taste experience.
