Pure pork fuet made with French meat
Fuet is a charcuterie of Catalan origin, its name means “whip” or “crop” which sets the tone. A name that is easily explained with its long, straight and slightly flattened shape. It is also thinner, firmer and less fatty than other types of sausages.
Originally made with Iberian pigs, this small dry sausage is distinguished above all by its recipe which favors lean meat , with just a small proportion of bacon to give it the right texture. We prepare our pure pork fuets in accordance with this traditional recipe, using 100% French meat with impeccable traceability. Our products are also labeled Porc Français .

Our manufacturing processes respect the principles of traditional charcuterie, with generous preparation and favoring quality products:
- Lean meat without coloring , from the noble parts, in accordance with the traditional fuet recipe;
- Embossing in natural casings , for a 100% natural product;
- Tied manually with linen thread, a guarantee of artisanal manufacturing.
Fuet is recognized by its slightly sweet taste that only well-trained taste buds can detect. The seasoning of our pure pork fuet has been carefully studied to bring out this unique flavor. A little sugar, garlic and a small dose of pepper give it a very characteristic woody taste .
Thanks to slow drying in the natural air, our pure pork fuet presents a flower which attests to its perfect degree of maturity.

Once arrived at your home, the fuet presents a preserved flower, with a gray-green color which announces its delicate and authentic flavor. Just like our other local sausages, your pure pork fuet is packaged in ecological fiber packaging so that it remains perfectly preserved until tasting.
Tasting pure pork fuet: advice from our master butchers
A sausage from Catalonia, fuet is best enjoyed with Spanish tapas. You can add it to a typical appetizer platter, with bread seasoned with extra virgin olive oil as well as green or black olives.
But pure pork fuet is also very good on its own. With a toothless knife, cut thick slices of approximately 0.5 cm, which you can enjoy alone as real treats or to accompany a glass of wine.
