Our pork nibbles contain less than 2% sugar, unlike the treats and chips we usually eat. In addition, they contain no colouring or flavour enhancers.

Where do pork nibbles come from?

From France of course! Indeed, these nibbles are prepared with meat labeled "French Pork" . This means that it comes from animals born, raised and processed on national territory. This is pork that has benefited from a healthy diet and without antibiotics. For our products, we mainly source from farms in the Rhône-Alpes region .

The meat is then prepared by our master pork butchers in Ardèche. The pork nibbles are seasoned with great taste and know-how to provide you with snacks with an irresistible flavor. Knowing that there are no natural casings adapted to the size and shape of the nibbles, they are formed in an edible casing based on natural ingredients .

The nibbles are then left to dry like real traditional sausages. The maturing is done in the natural air to take full advantage of the Ardèche climate, which is so favorable to the maturation of the meat.
