Discover our mini Cantal sausage version, certified Cantal AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) which takes advantage of mid-mountain weather conditions in the Cévennes region to reveal all the good taste of the terroir and mild cheese in a slightly smaller format !
Slowly dried for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, allowing its natural gray-green flower to develop, it is made from 100% fresh meat of French origin and without coloring, embossed in a natural pork casing and attached to the string , which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
