Fall for the fragrant notes of the 7 herbs of Provence (Rosemary, savory, oregano, thyme, basil, sage, marjoram, lavender) impregnated in our mini Herbes de Provence sausage. A smaller size… but still so many flavors!
Slowly dried for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, allowing its natural gray-green flower to develop, it is made from 100% fresh meat of French origin and without coloring, embossed in a natural pork casing and attached to the string , which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
