With these vine shoots, you will find the taste of artisanal sausage in the form of small sticks to nibble on . Elongated like pieces of vine shoots, they are easy to eat, without any preparation. Simply empty the bag into a bowl.

An ideal charcuterie for impromptu moments . And if they join a platter, they will slip harmoniously between the slices of ham and the rounds of sausage. You can even have some for breakfast to stock up on protein, savoring all the delicacy of the Ardèche sausage.

100% French vine shoots with local meat and hazelnuts

Like all our charcuterie products, the Sarments Noisettes are prepared with meat labeled French Pork . This means that we exclusively use meat from animals born, raised and processed in France. Our pigs come from responsible farms where they have benefited from healthy food and care in accordance with the specifications of the label. In other words, the meat has impeccable traceability.

Our vine shoots are garnished with hazelnuts . These nuts, emblematic of Ardèche, bring an irresistible crunch to each bite and give the meat a unique flavor. Each tasting is a real feast for the taste buds, with textures that are both contrasting and complementary. For even more pleasure, do not hesitate to present these vine shoots with other sausages flavored with herbs or local cheese.

Quality craftsmanship

The authenticity of our sausages is based not only on the quality of the ingredients used, but also on the know-how of our master charcutiers. They wonderfully combine the flavors of traditional recipes with the expertise resulting from their artisan training.

The pork meat, coarsely ground, is perfectly balanced between lean and fat . The mixture combined with hazelnuts and flavored with natural aromas is then stuffed into an edible casing. Since natural casings are not suitable for the shape and size of the vine shoots, we have developed a casing made of natural ingredients to preserve the authenticity of the product.

The hazelnut vine shoots are left to dry in the natural air, taking advantage of the Ardèche climate, well known for being favorable to the maturation of charcuterie. Once ripe, the vine shoots are adorned with a beautiful grayish-green flower like all our sausages. This envelope attests to the artisanal manufacture of the products. Without chemical additives or colorings , these vine shoots can be consumed without fear by the whole family. And don't hesitate to offer them to your loved ones who love good food!

Our vine shoots are made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, which gives them an authentic artisanal production.

It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
