The artisanal dry sausage with Beaufort is the perfect combination between an old-fashioned recipe and an essential cheese from Savoie with a taste that is both sweet and fruity.
The production of Beaufort rigorously respects the rules of the AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) specifications, which allows our product to proudly display the Beaufort AOP certification.
Slowly dried for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, allowing its natural gray-green flower to develop, it is made from 100% fresh meat of French origin and without coloring, embossed in a natural pork casing and attached to the string , which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
Best before date (BBD): 40 days.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
