The natural flower that develops on its surface is identical to that which develops in the Roquefort cellars (Penicilia Roqueforti), proof of the authenticity of the terroir and artisanal manufacturing!
Dried slowly between 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, allowing its specific natural flower to develop, it is made from 100% fresh meat of French origin and without coloring, embossed in a natural pork casing and attached to the string, this which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
Best before date (BBD): 40 days.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
