2. Do not hesitate to taste this sausage when it is very dry, to bring out the alliance of Provence herbs with the sausage.

Our artisanal dry sausage with Herbes de Provence stands out in the Flavored range due to its appearance. Coated with a mixture of 8 herbs from Provence (Rosemary, savory, oregano, thyme, basil, sage, marjoram, lavender), these permeate the sausage to reveal the fragrant notes of the herbs.
Dried slowly for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and attached to the string, which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
Best before date (BBD): 40 days.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
