A traditional, artisanal sausage
Our master butchers benefit from both solid artisan training and a precious traditional heritage in sausage making. We have developed simple and generous recipes, focusing above all on quality.
Our sausages come only from the finest cuts of pork . The coarsely ground meat has an excellent balance of 20% fat and 80% lean. The mixture is then seasoned with spices and natural condiments before being stuffed. We use natural casings that combine all the qualities of a good casing: they are supple, strong and edible. And they have another major advantage: they taste good and add to the exquisite flavour of the sausage.
The embossed sausages are rolled in Provençal herbs, giving them a sunny aroma . For 4 to 6 weeks, the meat will dry and mature slowly, while absorbing the aroma and flavor of the herbs.
In the Ardèche climate, the sausages acquire a firm and tasty texture. Whether you like them soft or rather dry, we adapt to your preferences when ordering , thus guaranteeing a tailor-made taste experience. We will pick your sausages from the dryer according to your request.

The quality of our products is largely based on the know-how of the artisans and the air of the Ardèche mountains. But we also work on it upstream, by carefully selecting each batch of meat.
By tasting our dry sausages with Provencal herbs, you are tasting a 100% French product . The origin of the ingredients is perfectly safe, in particular thanks to the “French Pork” label. The animals are born, raised and processed in France. They have benefited from a healthy diet and rigorous care on responsible farms.
You won't be at risk of ingesting meat that has been doped with antibiotics or comes from foreign countries where breeding standards are poor. We work with farms located in Rhône-Alpes and Brittany, having established a real relationship of trust with local producers.
