Made with real whole hazelnuts, our artisanal dry hazelnut sausage will reveal small crunchy pieces in the mouth, for a unique tasting experience. This combination of flavors will appeal to the youngest.
A typical recipe from the Cévennes, the geographical location of our place of production gives it the ideal conditions for quality drying and conservation.
Dried slowly for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and attached to the string, which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
