The mid-mountain weather conditions of its place of production favor the drying and conservation of this sausage.
Slowly dried for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, allowing its natural gray-green flower to develop, it is made from 100% fresh meat of French origin and without coloring, embossed in a natural pork casing and attached to the string , which gives it authentic artisanal manufacturing.
Best before date (BBD): 40 days.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
