Coming from an artisanal and authentic recipe for over 67 years, our bridled sausages are made in pure respect of the Ardèche tradition. Made exclusively from fresh pork meat 100% of French origin, our big sausage is recognizable by its generous 550 gram format.

Ideal for friendly aperitifs, this big sausage dry is shaped by hand as per the traditional recipe. A local product par excellence, it is stuffed into a natural pork casing and then trimmed by hand with string, which gives it its characteristic shape.

Our large Jesus sausage is perfectly balanced thanks to a lean fat composition. During its long maturation phase lasting from 6 to 8 weeks, the meat takes the time to slowly refine, which gives it its particular taste and texture. A big sausage not too soft nor too dry, with a very mature taste, which remains soft on the palate.
