Ingredients
For a dozen gourmands:
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 grams of butter
- 50 grams of icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 10 marshmallow cubes
- 150 grams of shortbread or shortbread biscuits

Preparation of chocolate marshmallow sausage
- Melt the chocolate with the butter and mix until smooth. Whisk if necessary.
- Off the heat, add the sugar and egg, then the crumbled biscuits and the marshmallow cut into small cubes. Mix everything together.
- Pour this preparation onto a sheet of cling film and fold it into the shape of a large sausage.
- Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours to allow it to harden well.
- Remove the cling film and before serving roll it in icing sugar or grated coconut according to your taste.
- Take care with the service - Cut on a wooden board as for a real sausage.
