Côtes du Vivarais – Les 7 Pierres: A wine of character born from the wild lands of Ardèche

Grown at an altitude of 250 meters, in the heart of the limestone plateau of Les Gras, Côtes du Vivarais – Les 7 Pierres embodies all the richness of a rare and demanding terroir. This AOC Côtes du Vivarais vineyard, nestled between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Rhône Valley, grows on arid soils of decalcification clays and alluvium, true havens for robust and expressive vines.

A powerful and authentic Ardèche red wine

Like its wild terroir, this wine may initially appear discreet upon opening, but it quickly blossoms with aeration to reveal a beautiful aromatic complexity: ripe black fruits, a solid tannic structure, and remarkable balance. It is a deep, sincere, age-worthy wine, both rustic and refined.

Gourmet pairings

This wine pairs wonderfully with chestnut soup, autumn cuisine, or slow-cooked meats, fully revealing its Ardèche identity.

Respectful and precise know-how

To preserve all the freshness and fruit of the wine, Côtes du Vivarais benefits from manual harvesting, a long maceration (20 to 30 days) and aging for 10 to 15 months in enameled steel tanks.
