An elegant, ethereal, and surprising wine
On the nose, a beautiful intensity of ripe fruit, enhanced by a subtle animal note leaning towards resinous. On the palate, it's a true medley of red fruits, all lightness and subtlety. The silky and delicate tannins give this wine an elegant, almost ethereal texture, which is pleasantly surprising.
Natural and careful winemaking
Hand-picked in crates, this wine is made from whole clusters, with partial crushing to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The 12-month aging in barrels that have held other wines brings complexity and structure without dominating the expression of the terroir.
