Taking advantage of the high Savoyard mountain weather conditions, the Pur Porc des Cévennes artisanal dry sausage is dried and preserved in ideal conditions. Thus, with only 20% fat used, this sausage reveals all the good taste of an authentic terroir thanks to its old-fashioned recipe.
Slowly dried for 4 to 6 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and attached to the string, which gives it an authentic artisanal feel.
Finally a sausage the way we like it!
Best before date (BBD): 40 days.
It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.
