Yellow peaches (Ardèche), French sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectin, acidifier: lemon juice. Prepared with 65 g of fruit per 100 g. Total sugar content: 58 g per 100 g. Made in a workshop that uses MILK and NUTS. Pieces of stone may be present.

This yellow peach extra jam is made the artisanal way by La Chareyrade, in Ardèche since 1962. Yellow peaches from Ardèche are combined with French sugar, using 65 g of fruit per 100 g of jam.
To preserve the authenticity of the recipes, the fruit is cooked in traditional copper pans. It is processed as simply as possible to keep all its flavour. No colourings or preservatives.
