Assortment of Playful & Authentic Mini Saucissons

Discover our new product that will transform your aperitifs: a 200 g tray of mini saucissons, available in original shapes such as the star, the Christmas tree, the candy cane or the reindeer. A unique product that combines authentic taste, charcuterie quality and visual whimsy, ideal for creating a “wow” effect at your aperitifs, buffets or gourmet gifts.

Thanks to their tray packaging, your mini saucissons stay tastier.
Why this choice? Because otherwise, given their size, they would dry out too quickly :)

A manufacturing process that makes all the difference

Unlike a traditional saucisson stuffed into a natural pork casing, our shaped mini saucissons are moulded, then dried directly in their shape.
This innovative process makes it possible to obtain shaped saucissons… without compromising on the quality of a genuine dry-cured saucisson. The meat is placed in a festive-shaped food-grade mould, which replaces the casing while allowing slow, controlled drying.

This process offers a twofold advantage:

  • a unique and festive shape, impossible to achieve with a casing,

  • uniform drying quality, ensuring a consistent, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

A genuine natural bloom, a guarantee of authentic taste and craftsmanship

Although they are not stuffed into a casing, our mini saucissons develop a genuine natural bloom, which forms spontaneously during maturing — exactly as on our traditional saucissons.
This grey-white bloom, 100% natural, is the sign of successful maturing, revealing:

  • typical aromas,

  • better keeping qualities,

  • a rounder, more authentic taste.

No added powder, no artificial bloom: only the natural result of drying in its mould.

The pleasure of originality without compromising on quality

Each mini saucisson is made from carefully selected French pork, seasoned according to traditional know-how. The result: a miniature dry-cured saucisson as good as a classic one, but with a festive, playful design that adds real value.

These tasty little pieces are perfect for:

  • Christmas aperitifs,

  • festive tables,

  • buffets and receptions,

  • gift hampers and corporate gift boxes,

  • small original gifts,

  • or simply to treat yourself to an original, gourmet product.

An irresistible product for young and old

Their miniature size and fun appearance instantly win over children and adults alike. Easy to grab, simple to share and delicious to bite into, they make for a convivial and visually striking aperitif. It is the perfect product to surprise your guests or add a creative touch to your charcuterie assortments.

Minissons : Noël

What shapes are in the Minissons de Noël assortment?

A 200 g tray of mini saucissons in festive shapes: star, fir tree, candy cane, reindeer and more. A playful, authentic product for a « wow » effect at the aperitif, on a buffet or as a gift.

How is a novelty-shaped saucisson made?

Exactly like our classic saucissons — French pork, slow drying and maturing — but shaped in a dedicated form using a mould. Shaped saucissons therefore have no pork casing, since the shape comes from the mould. Only the shape changes: the recipe and the artisan craft stay identical.
