What format are the Minis crocs Pur Porc?

A 100 g bag of plain pure-pork mini salami. An ideal format for snacking and sharing. These mini salami come as balls or as sticks, depending on the mood of our charcutiers.

What does Pur Porc mean?

« Pur porc » means that the saucisson is made from pork alone, with no other meat mixed in (beef, poultry and so on). It must also contain at least 80% lean pork. It is a mark of authenticity and of charcuterie tradition: with us, that meat is also 100% French.

Are the Minis crocs suitable for snacking on the go?

Yes: their small size means no knife and no board, perfect to slip into a bag for a snack on the move or an impromptu aperitif.
