Sarments au Cantal is the combination of artisanal dry sausage and a great Auvergne cheese. Shaped into thin sticks in our workshop in Joyeuse, in the heart of Ardèche, they embody all the expertise of slow drying and the deliciousness of Cantal cheese.

When tasted, the perfectly dried French pork gives way to the milky and slightly full-bodied notes of the cheese. A melt-in-your-mouth and flavourful bite, perfect for lovers of distinctive products.

Their mini format makes them the ideal appetiser: you pick, you share, you come back for more. To place on the table with friends, to slip into your bag for a hiking break, or to pair with a glass of red wine and some pickles. The 500g bag is generous, for large gatherings as well as for small appetites.

Store in a cool, dry place; consume quickly after opening.

French pork · Cantal · Made in Ardèche. Contains milk; made in a workshop using nuts.

Sarment au Cantal 500gr

What is the difference between the Sarment au Cantal and the Grignottes au Cantal?

The Sarment au Cantal is shaped into thin sticks (like a vine shoot) rather than into balls as the grignottes are. Same indulgent pairing: French pork dried to the point, and the milky, full notes of Cantal. The grignottes are softer, while the sarments are drier all the way through.

What does the Cantal bring to these sarments?

Cantal, a cheese with character from the Auvergne, generously flavours these small sticks of saucisson for a convivial aperitif.
