In traditional distribution channels, products must all be identical: same weight, same color and same appearance. La Boutique des Saucissons offers, through its proximity to the end customer in its store, or through online sales, products directly from the producer to the consumer. The latter then benefits from a product with a quality-price ratio defying all competition.
These products are also one of the main reasons for the success of the Boutique des Saucissons. We promote lost products while satisfying the greatest number. The Boutique des Saucissons is very proud to expand its clientele to people who could not necessarily afford quality artisanal products regularly. Customers of downgraded products are very loyal and we take this opportunity to thank them!

At La Boutique des saucissons, we are sensitive to food waste, which is why we wanted to join forces with Too Good To Go.
Our products are made available at the store via the Too Good To Go application in the form of baskets including products that are twisted, damaged during their manufacture or at the end of their DLC (also called "declassified"). Their appearance does not alter their taste in any way. They are just as tasty for gourmet taste buds.
Our sausage baskets are “surprises” because we prepare them according to our unsold items.

Created in 2016, Too Good to Go aims to reduce food waste by connecting food stores with consumers via a mobile application. This concept allows stores to sell their unsold goods, avoid throwing away merchandise and, above all, allow consumers to benefit from their products at reduced prices.
