Promotions and anti-food-waste
There are two different things on this page, and it is worth knowing which one you are buying.
Imperfect salami
These are pieces set aside from the normal range because of a cosmetic flaw. The recipe, the meat and the curing are exactly the same as on the salami we sell by the piece: only their appearance kept them out. We sell them in bags and baskets of 1 to 2 kg, at a much lower price per kilo.
This is our anti-food-waste range, and it is also the best quantity-for-price in the shop. It goes quickly.
Limited-time promotions
The rest of the page brings together products on temporary promotion: end-of-line items, special operations and seasonal products reaching the end of their cycle. What is here changes, and what leaves does not necessarily come back.
