The latest arrivals in our shop

This page brings together everything that has just joined the catalogue: the new salami and dry-cured sausage recipes coming out of our drying rooms in Joyeuse, in the Ardèche in southern France, and the grocery items we select from other artisan makers to go with an aperitif.

It changes often. Some new arrivals are trials we will not repeat, others become permanent lines — and it is usually you who decides.

What you will find here at the moment

Salami made to less common recipes, mini dry-cured sausages in various shapes, a range of savoury groceries — puff pastries, palmiers, craquines with olives and herbes de Provence — and a few drinks chosen to go with the charcuterie.
