Our sausages flavored with spices and dried fruits
In addition to the spices traditionally used in the production of our artisanal sausages (salt & pepper), they can be enhanced with the most original spices and dried fruits.
- Walnut sausage for a delicious combination. Ardèche combines its terroir with the authentic flavors of Grenoble walnuts. A crunchy blend in the mouth that goes wonderfully with sausage.
- Pepper sausage: a pepper-coated sausage to be consumed without moderation! Our pepper sausages are made in natural casings and then passed through peppercorns that cover the entire surface. It is therefore strongly recommended to eat this pepper sausage with the skin!
- Saucisson aux herbes de Provence: the delicious taste of the garrigue. Rosemary, savory, oregano, thyme, basil, sage, marjoram, lavender… the delicious aromas of these 7 herbs penetrate the flesh throughout its maturation process and give the saucisson aux herbes de Provence its intense flavor.
- Hazelnut sausage: our traditional sausages are garnished with whole hazelnuts for a surprising and aromatic touch. The hazelnut softens the strong taste of our artisanal sausages.
