String-tied saucissons: generosity personified
Among other things, the box includes a large string-tied saucisson, stuffed into a natural casing and tied by hand. Because of their size, this type of saucisson takes longer to mature. Once matured, they have a more pronounced flavour and a meltingly tender centre.
With these string-tied saucissons, you can put together a beautiful Ardèche charcuterie board. Add some local cheese (Bleu d’Auvergne) and a good craft beer for a great aperitif from the terroir.
Lonzu & smoked saucisson: Corsican excellence
Want to take your guests on a trip to the Isle of Beauty? The box passion saucisson contains 2 Corsican specialities to share. They stand out for their smoking, which gives them a unique taste.
Although these charcuteries are no longer made from nustral pork (an endemic Corsican breed), they follow traditional recipes and use only high-quality French pork. Lonzu and saucisson are perfect for delighting demanding guests and gourmets.
Chorizo: to spice things up
Chorizo, the charcuterie of Spanish origin, adds a kick to this box passion saucisson. It’s the essential ingredient for spicing up your evenings, and pairs perfectly with olives, mussels or a salad.
Mini saucissons: for aperitifs
Versatile grignottes suit every occasion, whether served as an aperitif, with an assortment of savoury nibbles at a cocktail party, or enjoyed as they are with a good wine or beer. Like the saucissons, the grignottes are made from French pork.
The right tools for a good tasting
The box passion saucisson is a first-rate gift for charcuterie lovers.
Don’t forget to equip yourself with the right tools: a nice wooden board for cutting or presenting the saucissons, a sharp knife placed strategically on the coffee table that slips easily into the picnic basket, or even a guillotine to slice your dry sausages with style and efficiency. This utensil quickly becomes indispensable for regular lovers of good artisanal charcuterie.
